ANNU sosiaalipalvelut is a company steered by social and healthcare professionals, founded on Valentine's Day 2023. We are now looking for an employee for special inclusion support in Rovaniemi! The purpose of special inclusion support is to safeguard a disabled person's right to participate and be included in social interaction situations and leisure activities, even when they are unable to independently or with support form and express their will regarding the content of the assistance, or when personal assistance is not a suitable service for them. The goal of special inclusion support is to ensure that the client has the opportunity to do things they enjoy with the help of individual support provided by another person. In practice, special inclusion support can include, for example: - supporting mutual interaction when a disabled person's means of communication are limited or they need support in using a communication or contact tool - supporting meaningful shared activities for a disabled person with people close to them - searching for meaningful hobbies or activities together with the support person - providing support at home using various technical devices for communication, arranging a stimulating environment, practicing art or sports, outdoor activities, cooking or baking. We are looking for a person who is a professional as defined in the Act on Social Care Professionals or the Act on Healthcare Professionals (559/1994). We also consider applicants with other suitable degrees. A suitable degree could be, for example, in education, sports, or arts, which is beneficial in supporting the inclusion of a disabled person. - If your background education is not from the social and healthcare sector, please note that we can only consider employees for client assignments who already have strong experience working with special groups, such as disability work. The work requires excellent Finnish language skills. If you consider helping others a matter of the heart, and you are social, reliable, and proactive, you may be the person we are looking for. Please note that we are seeking hourly employees for our services who are willing to commit to client assignments lasting several months. Client visits are at least two hours long and generally take place weekly. We offer flexible, meaningful paid work: - At ANNU sosiaalipalvelut, you will have a supportive and encouraging supervisor. - We will provide orientation in the service before you start work. - We pay salaries twice a month. - We follow the collective agreement for the private social services sector and pay a salary according to the collective agreement (G18).
