Job Description
We are seeking an electrical and automation instructor at Keuda. You will teach and guide students in various learning environments, including workplaces, educational institutions, and online platforms. Your work will also involve student development tasks and career guidance related to employment. You will be responsible for planning individual learning paths (HOKS) for students and ensuring their implementation. Active collaboration with working life and integrating practical experience into learning are essential parts of the teacher's core duties. The position is initially based at the Järvenpää campus, and the team includes approximately 460 students. The work involves traveling to workplaces across a broad area, so a driving license is considered an advantage. The role may also include working evenings and weekends. Qualifications for the teaching position are determined according to the decree on the qualifications of education personnel 986/1998. We require a relevant (electrical) qualification and strong practical experience in automation or electrical installation work. S2 electrical certification is considered an advantage. Successful performance in this role requires experience in teaching and guiding students of various ages and in diverse learning environments. Good knowledge of the field, the ability to identify skill needs, and familiarity with apprenticeship and training agreement processes are also required. We value a student-oriented and inspiring approach, as well as the ability to guide students in their career paths and in working life. Good collaboration and interaction skills, problem-solving ability, and teamwork skills are essential. The role emphasizes up-to-date digital skills: daily use of information systems and teaching digital competencies in electrical and automation fields. Experience in online teaching and development is an advantage. The selected candidate must present a criminal background check issued within the scope of law 504/2002. We offer a professional work community and a pleasant working environment within a financially stable and developing organization. You will receive comprehensive orientation for your duties. Employee well-being is supported through occupational health services and active workplace well-being activities, including ePass sports and cultural services. Interested? Send your application today! To promote equality and non-discrimination, Keuda prefers anonymous recruitment. The goal of anonymous recruitment is to focus on the applicant's professional skills and work experience. In practice, this means that in the first stage of the recruitment process, information such as age, native language, or gender should not be included in responses to open questions in the application. Although some of this background information is requested, it will not be visible to the recruiting manager in the anonymous applicant report.
