Earthworks Worker

Open, flexible earthworks roles in a national Finnish placement company. We welcome both entry‑level and experienced earthworks professionals for varied tasks in construction and site preparation. Responsibilities include operating machinery such as excavators and performing foundational work, with opportunities to grow and learn. Requirements include good attitude, reliability, and experience in earthworks; advantageous but not mandatory: valid safety card, familiarity with measurement tools and lasers, experience with different work machines, pipe installation and cable pulling, and having a car.
