Construction Assistants

We are seeking construction site helpers for the Helsinki metropolitan area. The role involves physically demanding work on construction sites, including demolition tasks, safety measures, lifting and moving materials, cleaning and other general tasks according to your skills. Prior experience is not required from construction sites, as long as you have a valid occupational safety card, you can start work on time, keep your phone in your pocket, and maintain a strong work attitude. Your advantage is keeping tools in hand and having a basic construction qualification or prior site experience. Driving your own car is a plus as sites are spread across the capital region. The job requires you to be of legal age. We offer pay based on your skill level: 12.59–14.19 €/h, plus collective bargaining components under the Construction industry terms, and holiday compensation accumulation. Varied work experience across sites, with ongoing team support from Tocca and all necessary equipment provided. The work can be short-term or longer projects depending on site needs.
