We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead data-centre projects as part of a growing data-centre business in Finland. The role involves end-to-end project leadership, coordinating installation activities, and ensuring safe, high-quality and results-driven delivery. You will act as the supervisor of installation operations and build long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders. The position offers the opportunity to help build a new organization by recruiting team leads, forming installation teams, and ensuring teams have the necessary materials, tools, and operating models. The ideal candidate combines entrepreneurial spirit with initiative and adaptability in a changing operating environment. A technical university degree, knowledge of cooling and air-conditioning solutions, and proven ability to lead expert or installation teams are required. Strong communication skills in English are essential, and a driving license is a plus. The company offers a chance to participate in building Carlsson RPS Oy’s Finnish operations during both start-up and growth phases, with support from Swedish colleagues.
