3D Metrologist / CMM Calibration Specialist

This vacancy is for a permanent position as a 3D metrologist/coordinate measuring machine (CMM) calibrator at Componenta’s Härmä unit. The role involves performing measurements with a CMM, preparing and interpreting measurement reports, calibrating and maintaining measuring instruments, participating in the development of measurement methods, supporting production and quality functions with measurement-related questions, and contributing to the design and implementation of measurements for new products. The ideal candidate has technical education (e.g., mechanical and production engineering, machining or quality management), knowledge of drawings and GD&T, a meticulous and systematic work style, strong teamwork and problem-solving skills, proficient computer skills, and Finnish language proficiency. Valued extras include experience in 3D measurement and CMM operation, experience with measurement software, calibration expertise of measuring instruments, and experience in metal industry or machine workshop quality assurance tasks.
