**What we expect from you as a stone setter/stone worker:** - **Professional expertise and experience:** We require at least **3–5 years** of documented and practical work experience in demanding stone installation or stone work (e.g., natural stone installations, granite work, cobblestone paving, or stone processing and machining). - **Control of machinery and equipment:** Success in the role requires experience with industry-specific tools and machinery, such as [e.g., stone cutting machines, hydraulic wedges, or diamond saws]. Readiness to use [e.g., an excavator or loader for moving stone] is considered an advantage. - **Education and certifications:** The applicant must have a professional qualification suitable for the task (e.g., construction or stone industry) **OR** equivalent provable professional skill acquired through extensive work experience. A valid occupational safety card and work safety card are essential before starting work. - **Ability to read drawings:** The ability to independently read and interpret technical construction drawings, dimension drawings, and installation plans is an absolute requirement due to the independent nature of the work. - **Language skills:** The working languages at the sites are Finnish and Russian. For occupational safety and internal team communication, we require fluent oral proficiency in either Finnish or Russian. - **Other requirements:** The position requires good physical condition, precision, and readiness to work in varying weather conditions. A class B driver's license is essential for moving between work sites.
