Bitumen Membrane Installer

We are seeking an experienced bitumen membrane installer for diverse waterproofing and roofing projects in the Pirkanmaa region. The role involves installing bitumen membranes on new and renovated sites, with varying work sites providing variety and opportunities to apply your expertise across different projects. Successful candidates will be thorough, safety-minded, and able to deliver high-quality finishes even in challenging conditions. Requirements include prior experience with bitumen membranes and the ability to work independently. A valid occupational safety card and hot work permit are mandatory. We value initiative, good physical condition, and professional pride, and we expect a person who understands that quality is key in waterproofing work. We offer permanent or long-term employment in a financially solid company where skilled workers are the core strength. Pay is based on experience, typically around 20–26 €/h. Employment follows the waterproofing industry collective agreement. The goal is to hire a professional who values a long-term employer, quality worksites, and the ability to focus on their strongest skills.
