Hello, professional practical nurse with a big heart for care work! We are looking for nurses for our preschool-aged child client in the East Helsinki area. In your work, you will provide high-quality and important care with your own personality, focusing on only one client. In addition to quality care, a relaxed pace is emphasized in this role. Shifts always take place with the same client and are 4-6 hours long by agreement. Working with our child client includes childcare for a somatically ill client, administering PEG nutrition, ostomy care, and participating in the client's daily life through play, care, and other activities. Morning, evening, and night shifts are available. Shifts can be arranged very flexibly according to your wishes. We prefer applicants who can commit to regular gig work for a longer period. We hope you have a desire to work with children, a heartfelt attitude toward our seriously ill child clients, reliability, and enthusiasm for implementing evidence-based care. The work requires a practical nurse degree or, for students in the field, at least basic studies. Due to the nature of the tasks, we also require fluent Finnish language skills. We offer comprehensive orientation for the job, which includes, for example, electronic materials, support from the team leader, and 24/7 on-call service that you can contact if necessary. Occupational well-being is supported by regular training, team meetings, and joint well-being events. We have a close-knit work community where everyone works together, helps each other, and jointly develops ideas regarding both the best possible care and occupational well-being. We will start interviews during the application period and make decisions as soon as a suitable employee is found. Please submit your application soon. If you have any questions about our job opportunities, you can contact us by phone or email. We look forward to hearing from you!
