Hämeenlinnan Vanhusten Asuntosäätiö sr is seeking a handyman for property maintenance tasks for its owned real estate. The foundation is part of the Hämeenlinna city group and currently manages 28 different properties across Hämeenlinna, with a total of approximately 700 apartments. The foundation has 11 employees, 8 of whom perform handyman and cleaning duties. The average length of employment for our staff is approximately 13 years. **Job Description** The role involves general maintenance, technical tasks, outdoor area maintenance, and small-scale repair work for two properties (Aulangontie 4 and Viipurintie 56), based on skills and experience. Handymen are an important group for our residents' well-being; they often move and assist within residents' homes, and the role therefore requires the right attitude and understanding toward elderly people.
