Job Description

We have been operating in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area since 2014 and have a strong reputation as a local partner for pipe renovations. We are looking for a salesperson to join our Helsinki team. What does the work involve? You will act as a representative of Taloturva and present the best solutions for HVAC renovations. We have approximately 15 visits per week scheduled in your calendar. Start of the day: The day begins at the office with the team. We review the day's meetings and goals before customer visits. 2. Customer meetings: You will hold scheduled meetings at the customer's home. Discuss the customer's situation, identify needs, and clearly present the solution. Listening is as important as speaking. The goal is to find a suitable solution for the customer and close the sale. 3. End of the day: At the end of the day, you will know exactly how you performed. Results are measurable, and successes are reflected directly in your earnings. What can you earn from this? The salary model consists of a base salary and a clear bonus structure. The average contributor earns about €4,600 per month. In September 2025, our top salesperson earned €12,000 per month. What do customers think of the visits? We measure customer satisfaction after each visit with a feedback survey sent via text message. In 2026, our NPS score has been 72, which corresponds to a grade of 9 and indicates very high customer satisfaction. You sell a service that customers are genuinely satisfied with and stand behind easily.
