We are seeking a project scheduler to support the successful implementation of complex industrial, energy, and critical projects across Finland. The role involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing fully integrated, logic-based project schedules in close collaboration with project managers, construction managers, engineers, contractors, and clients. The project scheduler will combine technical scheduling expertise with consulting and decision support, focusing on developing and integrating schedules for design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases, as well as coordinating schedules across stakeholders, measuring progress, forecasting risks, and communicating with stakeholders. The role requires frequent travel to various project sites across Finland, primarily working on-site at project locations. The ideal candidate has experience with project scheduling or planning in construction, EPC, consulting, or owner roles, with a strong understanding of construction sequencing, interfaces, and Critical Path methodology. Practical experience with Primavera P6 is essential. The candidate must hold a relevant higher education degree (e.g., engineer, DI, or similar) and be fluent in Finnish and English. The work approach should be analytical, systematic, and collaborative.

Requirements

- Experience with large and/or complex industrial, energy, data center, or critical infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, interfaces, and Critical Path methodology.
- Practical experience with Primavera P6 software.
- Ability to communicate complex schedule information clearly to stakeholders.
- Relevant higher education degree (e.g., engineer, DI, or similar).
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
