We are seeking an experienced fine dining waiter for the winter season 2026–2027 to work with us in Lapland premium restaurant and catering services. This is not a typical restaurant waiter job. The work environment and clients change, and you will provide highly personalized service in a fine dining and international luxury travel setting. Your duties include serving at Elsa Restaurant in the Ylläs area, private dinners at client villas and cottages, villa catering events, premium catering for private aircraft, and private events and functions. You should have strong prior experience in fine dining and high-quality customer service. You are expected to read the situation and guest, understand that premium service requires attention to detail, and provide present, warm, and unobtrusive service. You will also need good wine knowledge and the ability to present and serve wines confidently. Information about our extended wine and beverage expertise is an advantage.
