Gardening Worker for Summer Jobs - WorkPower Rakennus Otava Oy

We are looking for energetic and motivated summer workers for gardening tasks for our client company in the Tampere area. The work tasks vary depending on the site and may include planting, constructing lawns and green areas, paving, laying planting substrates, watering, maintenance work, building and renovating playgrounds, and other supportive gardening tasks. Previous experience in gardening or construction is considered an advantage but is not necessary. The job is suitable for someone who wants to gain experience in gardening and outdoor work. The work is physical and mainly outdoors, so we value a proactive attitude and readiness to take on various tasks. The work start date is flexible according to agreement. The working hours are generally Mon–Fri from 7:00 to 15:30. The salary is based on your skills and experience, approximately 12.60–15.56 €/h + additional pay according to the collective agreement. Requirements for employment include being of legal age, good physical condition, proactive work attitude, and basic Finnish language skills.
