The home, built in 2023, is located in a peaceful area near the Turku port and Turku Castle. As a nurse you provide safe, meaningful care, including basic care, outdoor activities with residents, support for functioning, monitoring wellbeing and various nursing procedures. You participate in daily organization and activities with the team. We will train casual workers to our unit and practices so you know what to expect on shifts. Casual work is based on a framework agreement and does not bind you to a fixed number of hours. Salary: private social services sector collective agreement. Base pay for a nurse is 2,493.06 - 2,719.93 € depending on experience (from 1.9.2026). Casual workers are paid hourly and twice a month. Shifts premiums may apply.
