HVAC Installer

Are you an experienced HVAC installer capable of working independently in projects? Or are you a beginner who wants to develop their skills in varied HVAC tasks in the Kainuu region? We are seeking HVAC installers with various skill levels for projects in the Kainuu region. The tasks consist of installation, maintenance, and renovation work in project sites, where the content of the work is determined by your skills and experience. For experienced professionals, there are tasks requiring independent work, with the ability to be responsible for one's own work and schedules. However, we also consider beginner HVAC installers, for whom there are development opportunities and support to increase expertise alongside more experienced professionals. Some projects require the employee to pass a security clearance. A security clearance conducted within the last two years is considered an advantage. You are a good fit for this job if you have: * Education in the HVAC field or work experience in the industry * Ability to work independently or a desire to develop that skill * A good attitude towards work and readiness for project work * Proficiency in Finnish It is a plus (but not mandatory) if you also have: * Several years of experience in HVAC installation work * Experience working on construction sites or in projects * Valid occupational safety and hot work cards We offer you: * Salary according to the collective agreement (Tes) or better, paid on time. In this position, your hourly wage will be between 15.23-20.00 euros, defined according to your skills and experience * Good work clothes and other necessary equipment for the job * A pleasant and relaxed work group * Your own Worker contact person, who is easily reachable and will help you personally with all matters related to your employment Interested?
