Cleaner

We are looking for a brisk and reliable SERVICE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBSTITUTE CLEANING OF VERSATILE SITES for a permanent, part-time employment relationship. Work is in the Hämeenlinna region in several different cleaning sites, with varying working hours. Weekly working hours accumulate 0-20h depending on the situation. Sites include e.g. a swimming pool with weekend substitutions, service homes with morning and evening shifts, and a school site with weekday substitutions. Working hours vary from week to week as needed, so we hope you are ready to do morning and evening shifts. Tasks include: - Maintenance cleaning: Washing floors, wiping surfaces and emptying waste bins. - Keeping sanitary facilities clean. - Management of cleaning equipment and agents: Maintenance of cleaning equipment, replenishment of cleaning agents and warehouse maintenance. - Inspection and reporting: Reporting possible damages or maintenance needs to the supervisor. The cleaner's work is particularly meaningful, as cleanliness directly affects the customer experience, the well-being of other staff and the efficient operation of the site daily. The cleaner promotes health, hygiene and well-being. Employment begins: Immediately upon finding a suitable person. We expect from the applicant: - Initiative. - Finnish language skills to support communication and occupational safety. (Work language is Finnish fluently.) - A sunny customer service attitude and willingness to commit to the tasks. - Driver's license and possibility to use your own car (or other vehicle). - Swimming skills. Remuneration follows the property service industry collective agreement, mainly in salary group 2 (12.59€/h).
