PART-TIME SHIFT MANAGER St1 Äänekoski Hirvaskangas St1 Äänekoski Hirvaskangas is a 24/7 service station ideally located along Nelostie. Our services include the Helmisimpukka restaurant, Drivers Premium fast food, Select store, freight sauna, electric vehicle charging, Kotipizza, as well as a rotating lunch (Mon–Sun) and breakfast buffet. We are now looking for a part-time shift manager for the Hirvaskangas station! Do you want to be an important part of the St1 Hirvaskangas team and work together with the unit manager and other supervisory staff towards common goals? At the same time, you will have an excellent opportunity to develop quickly in supervisory roles. We are seeking a part-time shift manager who works an average of 90 hours / 3 weeks. In this role, you will: - Be responsible for your own shift and the smooth daily operations of the station - Act as a partner to the unit manager - Develop your leadership skills and lead by example for about twenty employees - Actively participate in the station's daily operational work – leading by doing Experience is considered a clear advantage, but the most important thing is the right attitude: reliability, energy, a customer-service mindset, and a willingness to learn.
