Cook: preparation and planning of lunches and other food, making and displaying showcase products, customer service, cashier duties, preparing specialty coffees, daily kitchen tasks, serving, and ensuring self-monitoring and general cleanliness. Daily tasks of a cafe worker. Our operations consist of four different atmospheric cafes in Ylläs. Cafe Solmu and Cafe Routa serve skiers, walkers, motorists, and cyclists in Äkäslompolo. Cafe Kota and Cafe Latva are resting places for skiers, cyclists, and walkers in the Pallas-Ylläs National Park. We serve domestic and foreign tourists as well as local residents.
