Growth continues with new stores coming to Oulu, Joensuu, and Kokkola in autumn 2026. We are looking for a LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR for the new Kokkola store. You will work at the Kokkola store, and your duties include optimal management of the store's goods flow and supervisory responsibility for daily warehouse routines and the smoothness of warehouse operations. You are responsible for product orders, order limits, and scheduling in store logistics, balance management, and after-marketing, but you also operate smoothly at the customer interface. You are part of the store's management team and are responsible for the operation of the entire store during your shift. We expect: Sales and customer service orientation and good interaction skills; Education or work experience in the trade sector as a supervisor in retail or grocery trade, and several years of experience in similar roles; Sufficient IT skills; Ability to cooperate, initiative, and above all, a positive and energetic attitude; Forklift driving skills are an advantage; Readiness to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
