Shovel / Wheel Loader Operator

At our Grubbenvorst production site we are looking for a Shovel/Wiellaadschop operator to safely and efficiently run a shovel, loading and unloading raw materials and products, supporting production and logistics, and ensuring quality. The role requires willingness to work in shifts (early/day/late) and is a good fit for someone with an interest in a sustainable, green future. Responsibilities include operating the shovel for loading/unloading, starting up the semi-finished mixing lines, assisting drivers via CB for correct loading, maintaining clear on-site communication, coordinating with transport and production planning, inspecting and maintaining the shovel, and reporting issues to team leadership.
