About the role

We are looking for a service-minded problem solver who loves speed, energy, and busy store shelves to work as a salesperson at our department store in Kristinehamn. The job in Rusta stores is fast-paced, varied, and keeps you on your toes, while we have fun together. In the checkout, among the shelves and in the middle of our campaigns, you create the customer experience. You greet customers with a smile and ensure the store is neat, stocked, and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right curtain, the next day you reorganize a whole department. No day is the same – and we love it. You don’t need to know everything from the start—we’ll teach you. But we believe that you: - enjoy talking to people and making their day better - have the will to work, a strong drive and a desire to learn - thrive when things move fast and solve problems with a can-do attitude - can work mornings, days, evenings and weekends, especially evenings and weekends - are at least 18 years old - spread positive energy and want to grow with us If you have previous retail experience, that’s great, but the most important is the right mindset. Would you like to work with us? You can skip a cover letter. If you have a CV, attach it, but the most important is to set aside time for our initial chat interview. How it works after you submit your application: - You are invited to a chat-based first interview with our chatbot Hubert to speed up and improve the selection process. It does not replace the human interview but helps us handle high volumes fairly. - The interview lasts about 20 minutes. If you progress, there is a short service-related test, an in-store interview, and digital reference checks – routine checks. - If you grow with us, you’ll proceed through the process and we continue reviewing applications regularly, so don’t wait until the last moment. Contract: Part-time (15 h/week); Working hours: varied mornings, days, evenings and weekends; Start date: immediate; End date: 30 April 2027; Salary: according to collective agreement.
