Hydjan Oy is looking for an experienced electrical automation specialist for a permanent role involving diverse industrial and infrastructure projects in Helsinki. The position combines the design of electrical and automation solutions, commissioning, fault management, and practical field work in technically demanding sites. We design customized systems, machinery, and cylinders according to customer needs. We also provide hydraulics installation and maintenance services. We always use high-quality components from well-known manufacturers. A versatile role in technical projects In cooperation with our client Hydjan, we are seeking an electrical automation specialist for a permanent employment contract as part of an experienced and technically strong team. In this role, you will work with diverse electrical, automation, and hydraulic solutions in various industrial and infrastructure projects. The work offers the opportunity to combine design, practical implementation, and problem-solving in a truly varied operating environment. What does the work involve? You will participate in the design of electrical and automation solutions, commissioning projects, measurement and sensor solutions, as well as the development and modernization of technical systems. Projects relate to industry, machinery, bridges, and other technically demanding infrastructure sites. The role also includes fault management, maintenance and annual service packages, and the technical implementation of customer projects. The work is practical and provides the opportunity to see your own solutions in action—not just on the drawing board. What do we hope for from you? We expect education in the electrical or automation field and strong experience in similar roles. We also hope the applicant has previous experience with mobile work, and S2 electrical qualification is considered an advantage. We value technical problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in practical projects. Experience in hydraulics or pneumatics, industrial or infrastructure sites, and Siemens and/or Beckhoff PLCs is considered an advantage. Interest in the Bosch Rexroth ctrlX environment is also seen as a positive. Why Hydjan?
