We are looking for a proactive and reliable building caretaker for a permanent position in Rovaniemi. You will be responsible for the daily operation of our local client sites, maintaining the value of properties, and ensuring smooth daily life for residents and users in northern weather conditions. Key duties: - Monitoring building technology: supervising HVAC and building automation systems, adjusting heating, and maintenance during freezing periods. - Maintenance and repairs: handling small repair tasks and fault reports. - Outdoor area maintenance: seasonally appropriate yard work, with emphasis on winter snow removal, gritting, and anti-slip measures. - On-call: readiness to participate in on-call rotation. Requirements: - Qualification or experience: basic qualification in cleaning and property services or equivalent work experience. - Driving license: at least a B-class license is mandatory for travel between sites in the Rovaniemi area. - Attitude: good customer service skills, flexibility, and ability to solve problems independently. - Equipment operation skills (advantage): experience using various property maintenance machines for snow work and outdoor area maintenance is a plus.
