We are seeking an HR Specialist for a fixed-term position as a maternity leave cover in central Helsinki. The expected start date is during June, and the temporary position continues until February 28, 2027, possibly longer. As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the employment lifecycle of temporary staff and office personnel, payroll, client invoicing, and recruitment processes (creating job advertisements, screening applicants, interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations). You will also serve as the contact person for temporary staff and assist them in succeeding. The role includes system administration of LikeIt and acting as the occupational health contact person. Your duties will also include various tasks such as monitoring purchase invoices, reporting, and client meetings. The work is independent and requires a solution-oriented approach, as you will be solely responsible for the company’s HR management. We hope the candidate has some experience in HR management or payroll, preferably from the HR sector. Knowledge of different collective agreements and laws, as well as up-to-date IT skills, are required. In this role, you will mainly work with the LikeIt system and O365 tools, with other platforms used regularly. Previous experience with LikeIt is considered an advantage. We value flexibility, initiative, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. The work may sometimes be hectic, and changes can occur quickly. You do not need to know everything; we will provide training and guidance on tasks and company routines. We offer the opportunity to work on diverse and responsible HR tasks in an independent role. You will report to our sales director and collaborate with them. The role allows for some flexibility in planning your workday.
