You’ll work with top global brands, crafting high-impact motion graphics, animated digital ads, Lottie animations, and more, all while collaborating with a world-class, globally distributed team of creatives. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll contribute to cutting-edge projects, explore new animation technologies, and help shape Superside’s creative motion capabilities.

Requirements
- BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion design, animation, and video expertise.
- Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (3D and video editing a plus).
- Experience working with Rive and Lottie animations.
- Deep understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
- Ability to always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time and within budget.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative tech.
- Knowledge of working with UI design systems.
- Preferably some understanding of HTML5.
