Property Caretaker

We are now looking for a TECHNICAL PROPERTY CARETAKER with machinery operating skills for a commercial property in ESPOO! In this role, you will be independently responsible for the maintenance and functionality of a commercial property located in Keilaniemi, ensuring the property's comfort and safety. You will be supported by a professional organization and have modern tools and high-quality equipment at your disposal. Your duties include comprehensive general maintenance, upkeep, and minor repairs of the property, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the outdoor areas in all seasons. You will be responsible for the basic maintenance and monitoring of building technical systems (HVAC/Electrical) as well as mechanized snow removal, sanding, and other seasonal outdoor work using modern equipment. You will collaborate with subcontractors, guiding and supervising them in their work. You will maintain maintenance logs, cooperate with customer representatives, and guide and advise users on property maintenance matters. Your shifts are primarily on weekdays between 7:00 and 18:00, but especially in winter, outdoor work is performed according to weather conditions, making other working hours possible. This is a full-time (37.5 h/week) permanent employment relationship. Work begins as agreed. For this position, a salary corresponding to at least wage group 5 of the Property Services sector collective agreement (14.58 €/h) will be paid, along with possible shift premiums based on actual hours worked and a possible education supplement based on the completed degree. We expect from you: - education as a property caretaker and previous experience in similar roles for at least 5 years. - experience in operating outdoor area maintenance machinery and knowledge of building technical systems. - a Class B driver's license, authorizing the driving of a manual transmission vehicle. - an occupational safety card. A valid card is considered an advantage, but we will arrange training if necessary. - fluent skills in Finnish and English. - an independent and proactive way of working.
