Click Personnel Services is seeking an Electronics Worker for a long-term employment relationship for a client company in South Tampere. The client company has over 30 years of experience in electronics design, manufacturing, and maintenance services. The role involves mechanical installation, device assembly, and testing tasks. Key responsibilities include reading technical drawings, installing frames and mechanical parts, connecting circuit boards, wires, and electrical components, hand-soldering, and using hand tools and measuring devices. Testing device functionality is also required. Previous experience in similar roles is preferred for a quick transition to independent work, but candidates at the beginning of their electronics career who possess soldering skills and a meticulous, patient approach are also welcome. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 (40 hours/week) with a flexible working hour system. A willingness to work evening shifts in the future is considered an advantage. The position follows the technology industry collective agreement. The employment begins as a fixed-term rental relationship through Click Personnel Services in August, with the intention of moving to a long-term permanent position.
