About the role

PRINCIPALI RESPONSABILITA’ Sviluppare le relazioni con gli ambienti specialistici, con l’obiettivo di informare correttamente la classe medica relativamente ai prodotti e alla strategia dell’azienda Mappare e sviluppare il territorio di riferimento, in modo critico ed analitico, identificando le necessità/opportunità di mercato. Gestione dei rapporti con i principali Stakeholders Svolgere l’attività di informazione medico scientifica nel rispetto delle strategie aziendali, assicurando il rispetto della normativa (D.Lgs. 219/2006, codice deontologico di Farmindustria) e le procedure aziendali di pertinenza, inclusi gli obblighi di farmacovigilanza; Verificare e monitorare il processo di informazione, attraverso un utilizzo appropriato di sistemi dedicati, riportando ogni informazione relativa alle attività svolte nel rispetto delle procedure e delle linee guida aziendali; Garantisce la corretta conservazione e la consegna del materiale promozionale nel rispetto della legislazione vigente e delle procedure interne; Monitoraggio del mercato e della concorrenza mantenendo costante il rapporto con gli opinion leaders del settore nel territorio di riferimento. The Branded Products Division seeks to maximize the value of Orion’s in-house developed cornerstone products through innovative customer engagement and portfolio development. Promotional synergy will enable Orion to launch and grow new branded products in the specialties of Respiratory, Women’s Health, Parkinson’s Disease and CNS through our own development and in-licensing. The Branded Products business division includes products that have a strong brand name which provides added value to patients.

Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with specialist environments to inform medical professionals about products and company strategy
  • Map and develop the reference territory analytically to identify market needs and opportunities
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders
  • Perform medical-scientific information activities in compliance with company strategies, legislation (D.Lgs. 219/2006), and Farmindustria's code of ethics
  • Ensure pharmacovigilance obligations are met
  • Monitor the information process using dedicated systems and report activities according to guidelines
  • Ensure correct storage and delivery of promotional materials
  • Monitor the market and competition while maintaining relationships with opinion leaders

Requirements

  • Degree in scientific disciplines (law 219/06)
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Neurology and Women's Health (Menopause)
  • Customer orientation
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work in teams and interact cross-functionally
  • Strong relational, communicative, and negotiation skills
  • Autonomy, initiative, proactivity, and adaptability
  • Good knowledge of Office 365
  • Good knowledge of English
