Mail Carrier

We are looking for a MAIL CARRIER FOR CAR ROUTE in Varkaus for car-based delivery. What does this job involve? Your duties include distributing mail from Monday to Friday in apartment/detached house areas, and your starting and ending point is in Varkaus. In your work, you ensure that letters, packages, and other mail are delivered to the correct addresses. What are your working hours and how long is your route? Mail is distributed on weekdays according to the shift day distribution model. Depending on the weather, working hours vary from 5-8 hours per day, noting that seasons and weather extend your working hours. Actual working hours start at 8-9 AM. The route length varies between 240-280 km. Routes are driven with a company car. What do we expect from you? Success in the job requires that you like to work independently, are proactive, accurate, brisk, and flexible. You also need good physical condition for the job. Knowledge of the locality is considered an advantage. The applicant is required to have a Class B driver's license and at least two years of experience driving a car. You do not need previous experience in similar work, as you will be oriented to the position. In addition, you will have the unwavering support of the team throughout the employment. You have experience driving a car and are not intimidated by different weather conditions or various events in traffic.
