Scope Impact’s mission is to protect health in a changing climate. We’re looking for a visionary Tech Lead to shape and deliver the technology behind our two ambitious system products: Halla Health and CHART. You will set the technical direction and lead system architecture, manage external development teams, translate user research into scalable modular systems, ensure interoperability, security, and data privacy, apply AI/ML/NLP where it adds value, and oversee technical documentation and long-term sustainability planning. We are ideally looking for someone based in Finland or India.

Requirements
- 6+ years in software/platform development
- 3+ years in technical leadership
- Experience delivering full platforms (health/climate/public sector)
- Knowledge of modular architecture, open-source tools, React Native/Flutter, cloud platforms
- Understanding of health data privacy and consent frameworks
