Tech Lead

Job Title: Developer Platform/Product Location: TechM Mex Mexicocity Years of Experience: 5 7 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong emphasis on manual testing to join our dynamic team in TechM Mex Mexicocity. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development and a solid understanding of manual testing methodologies. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the development of high quality software products while ensuring that all functionalities are thoroughly tested and validated. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain software applications and platforms in alignment with business requirements. - Conduct thorough manual testing of applications to identify bugs and ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes. - Document testing processes, results, and any identified issues for future reference. - Assist in the development of automated testing scripts as needed. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software development and testing. Mandatory Skills: - Strong knowledge and experience in manual testing techniques and methodologies. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python. - Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Ability to write clear and concise test cases and documentation. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Experience with performance testing and load testing. - Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. - Understanding of cloud platforms and services. - Experience in working with APIs and web services. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5 7 years of relevant experience in software development and manual testing. - Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
