Building caretaker

Building caretaker position in Espoo, Finland. We are looking for a proactive and skilled property maintenance worker to join our client’s sites around the Helsinki metropolitan area. The job starts as soon as a suitable candidate is found and is permanent. Responsibilities include a range of property maintenance tasks such as lawn care and upkeep of outdoor areas, general maintenance of outdoor spaces, and small repair and renovation work inside properties, as well as snow clearing in winter. Success requires good manual skills and either previous experience or demonstrated ability in practical maintenance, repair, or renovation tasks. The role is varied and requires initiative and the ability to work independently. Strong social skills are important as the job involves substantial customer service and interaction with residents and clients. We expect you to have: experience in building/property maintenance, good hand skills and practical competence in minor repair work, experience with snow removal (Kramer/Wille equipment), proactive and responsible work attitude, good customer service and interpersonal skills, B-class driving license.
