We are seeking an AI-enabled journalist who understands AI opportunities and is excited to be at the forefront of developing future digital journalism. In the AI and data producer role you will help modernize the department’s workflows, tools, and journalistic content. We expect evidence of using AI in journalism and a drive to grow and develop. You should have ideas on how to use AI in data journalism and information gathering. It’s a plus if you can code and have experience at the intersection of technology and journalism. As your role includes training the newsroom on new things, you will need excellent collaboration skills. You will work closely with Sanoma’s other news media and digital development experts. The position is based in Tampere Finlayson and is a permanent contract starting as soon as possible. The application deadline is 26 August 2026.
