Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a motivated and proactive maintenance technician for a permanent position for our client. The role is suitable for a person with a positive work attitude, a desire to learn new things, and the ability to work independently and with a customer-oriented approach. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and installation of ventilation systems and air handling units in properties, as well as the related documentation. Work takes place primarily in ventilation machine rooms in the Helsinki metropolitan area and, if necessary, in the surrounding areas of other major cities. The place of business is located in Vantaa. We value previous experience in the ventilation sector or, for example, with air handling units, machine and equipment installations, automation, or electrical connections. Experience in property maintenance and specifically in the maintenance of HVAC equipment also provides a good foundation for success in this role. Electrical expertise is important for the position, and valid electrical certifications are considered an advantage, although they are not mandatory. You may have, for example, a vocational qualification in a technical field, but above all, we value practical skills, willingness to learn, initiative, and a responsible approach to work. We expect the applicant to have fluent Finnish language skills, a category B driver's license, and the possibility of using their own car. English language skills are considered an advantage.
