We are looking for an early childhood education teacher for a group of 3–5 year olds for a fixed-term employment period from 31.8.2026 to 13.1.2027 or by agreement. As an early childhood education teacher, you are responsible for building the operational culture and learning environment of your child group, as well as planning, implementing, developing, and evaluating pedagogical activities together with other education staff in accordance with the Vantaa early childhood education and pre-primary education plan and the early childhood education unit's operational plan. Employment details Eligibility requirement: Early childhood education teacher (eligibility for early childhood education teacher according to the Early Childhood Education Act) The terms of the service relationship are determined in accordance with the Municipal Education Personnel Collective Agreement (OVTES). Salary: 3129.46-3234.53 eur/month. An additional 15 eur/month is paid for a degree meeting the eligibility requirements for an early childhood education teacher, and 37.88 eur/month for a Master of Education degree. A work experience supplement based on previous work experience is 3-8%. Required permits: The selected person must present a valid criminal record extract; a tuberculosis clearance for persons working with children under school age will be checked (Communicable Diseases Act § 55).
