Piping Designer

2. Mission of the position Develop three-dimensional models, drawings and technical documents of the Piping discipline, ensuring that the proposed solutions meet the project requirements, applicable standards, safety, operation, maintenance, assembly and constructability conditions. Act in an integrated way with the entire team, contributing to the technical quality of the projects, compliance with deadlines and the reduction of interference and rework. Qualifications Experience in the development of industrial piping projects; Knowledge of graphic representation and technical drawing; Ability to read and interpret flowcharts, general arrangements, plans, sections and isometrics; Knowledge of piping components, valves, connections, flanges and supports; Knowledge of industrial piping routing principles; Notions of materials, piping classes, fabrication, assembly and maintenance; Knowledge of CAD tools, Plant3D, Navisworks... among other three-dimensional modeling tools used in industrial projects; Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; Ability to work with standards, procedures, specifications and technical patterns Company description AFRY is a leading European engineering, design and consultancy company with global reach.
