Arcora Boutique Hotel & Villas is a new luxury resort in Muonio, in the heart of Lapland. We are building a place where northern nature, high-level hospitality, well-being, experiences and refined service meet in a unique way. We are looking for Housekeepers to join Arcora team to take care of the comfort, cleanliness and high-quality guest experience during their stay. In the role you contribute to creating a service culture, first impression and guest experience that defines Arcora’s standard. You will ensure the guest experience is seamless, personal and high-class from arrival to departure. Responsibilities: - Take care of the luxury resort’s accommodation and public areas cleanliness, comfort and hygiene - Customer service and quality control - Smooth collaboration with your own team and other teams to guarantee a seamless guest experience What we expect from you: - Previous experience in similar housekeeping duties - Excellent service attitude and interpersonal skills - Passion and service-mindedness to exceed guest expectations - Good physical condition, organizational skills and accuracy - Willingness to work closely with the team - Fluent Finnish and/or English - EU citizen passport or valid work permit for Finland What we offer: - Opportunity to participate in implementing the luxury concept from the start - An inspiring working environment amid Lapland’s unique nature - Support from a competent, encouraging and committed team - A role where you can see your impact on customer experience and quality - At least TES-compliant pay and comprehensive job benefits - Opportunity to stay in staff housing at reasonable rent - Work starts in November 2026 and continues until the end of the spring season 2027, with a shift into Feb–Mar period - Hours offered: 90h/3 weeks If you’re interested, join us in building Arcora’s story!
