We are looking for energetic and eager-to-learn CONSTRUCTION ASSISTANTS for the Tampere region! Tasks include assisting construction work alongside an experienced carpenter, demolition and protection work, as well as cleaning, carrying, and clearing tasks. Work sites are primarily located in the Tampere area, but there may be work in neighboring municipalities. A driver's license and access to a car are therefore considered an advantage. We hope the applicant has: * Previous experience in the construction industry * A valid occupational safety card * Finnish language skills * A positive attitude towards physical work * A driver's license and access to their own car The work is gig-based, and the duration of assignments varies from a few days to several months with a single client. Work is available in both new construction and renovation projects. Remuneration is determined based on the applicant's experience and skills (based on the construction industry's collective agreement).
