Home Assistants® have served clients for 15 years in Seinäjoki and have expanded their operations over the years to Alavus, Ilmajoki, Kuortane, Kaustinen, Veteli, Helsinki, Espoo, Kauniainen, Vantaa, Lempäälä, Pirkkala, Sastamala, and Tampere. We are looking for independent Home Assistant entrepreneurs across Finland who work in collaboration with Home Assistants according to a unique operational model in their own municipality. As a Home Assistant, you can influence through your work that elderly residents in your community receive good care, attention, and practical help at home. You assist and take care of the client's well-being by providing guidance to maintain health and functional capacity. Home visits focus on weekdays, and you have time to meet clients. All Home Assistants operate under the unique Home Assistants® brand, which creates better conditions for your business and opportunities to develop as a professional. Customer relationships are generally long-term, providing security for entrepreneurship. You have good potential for very good earnings, which naturally depend on you and your activity. You will do customer work with your personality and full heart. Openness, listening skills, and a desire to help are your most important qualities. Your approach is based on good customer service, always working for the client. You have a health care qualification (e.g., nurse, public health nurse, occupational therapist, pharmacist, physiotherapist, etc.), a hygiene passport, your own car, and excellent command of Finnish.
