We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented and eager-to-learn salespeople to join our permanent team in a motivating work environment. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you are truly helping to protect people’s homes, bringing peace of mind into their daily lives and, in the best case, saving lives. The demand for home security services continues to grow. We offer our customers the best-rated service-form alarm systems in Finland. Our customers’ Trustpilot rating is an impressive 4.8/5, proof of satisfied customers. Day-to-day: you typically work on weekdays from 13:00 to 21:00, full-time or part-time three consecutive days. The day starts with your team at our sales office with training under a supervisor and daily goals. You visit different residential areas with your supervisor’s guidance, then independently contact residents and arrange home visits. You meet dozens of new people daily, with active and mobile work. In the homes you sit down with customers to discuss how our service can secure their daily life, listening is as important as speaking. You are responsible for sales; installation is handled by a separate team. In the evenings you regroup with the team to review what you learned and celebrate successes. We offer training and coaching, a five-step Sector Way Academy programme to become a top salesperson, and clear career progression.
