About the role

We are looking for an experienced welder-assembler for a long-term employment relationship. The duties include the assembly and welding of structural steel components. Manufactured products include load-bearing structures, trusses, beams, railings, and other steel structures for the construction industry. The work primarily involves black steel with material thicknesses of 5–20 mm. All work is performed in the production hall. Location: Factory located in the Tampere region. Working language: English or Estonian **We expect from you:** Proficiency in MIG/MAG welding. A valid occupational safety card and hot work permit. At least 10 years of experience. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Valid welding certifications for processes 135 and 136. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. English or Estonian language skills at least at a conversational level.
