You will work in the client's home as part of a multidisciplinary team together with a registered nurse and a supervisor. In children's care circle work, you will build a trusting relationship with the same family, which enables unhurried, individual, and genuinely present nursing care. In your work, you are an important part of the child's and their family's daily life – enabling a safe, smooth, and personalized life in their own home. WE HOPE FOR * A degree as a practical nurse * Vaccination protection according to Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act * Valid medication administration studies (you can also complete these with us if necessary) * Fluent Finnish language skills We value previous experience in home care, working with children, or other healthcare tasks, but the most important thing for us is to find a person for our team who has a warm heart, a responsible work approach, and a genuine desire to commit to the client's long-term care. The salary consists of a base salary (salary grade G20C) and a task-specific allowance. If you choose an hourly employment contract, we pay your hours twice a month (on the 13th and 28th of the month). Monthly salary payment is on the 25th of the month.
