Retail Professional - Service Desk Sales

This job posting targets individuals who have at least six (6) months of experience working at a service counter or delicatessen within the last 3 years. We especially value experience with grocery store service counters. We do not interview new applicants through this posting if prior experience is insufficient. If you do not yet have grocery industry experience, please view our open positions at https://rekry.joblink.fi/. Feel free to apply to other openings we have. What is this role about? At Joblink you perform gig work at varying retail locations of your choosing, on shifts you select yourself. You work flexibly according to your own schedule, and shifts are booked through Joblink’s app. Most shifts are booked on short notice for the same week, sometimes you know your shifts for several weeks ahead. Gig work often follows our clients’ seasons – during busy times there are many shifts and fewer during slower seasons. Your flexibility, attitude and proactivity influence how many shifts you are offered. What do we expect from you? Prior grocery store experience is mandatory for this vacancy. As a gig worker you enjoy variety and have the courage to handle several different work sites. We hope you have good social skills and enjoy meeting new people. You need fluent Finnish, and you must be at least 18 years old. Opportunities for progression: many employees have started with gig work and later found permanent positions. Joblink can be a stepping stone to a new start or a career in the retail sector. 💚
