We are seeking industrial assemblers for the marine industry in Rauma Do you want to be part of building world-class marine technology and a sustainable future for the world's oceans? Our client is currently seeking reinforcement for their production team in Rauma. We are looking for skilled and independent industrial assemblers / mechanical fitters for permanent positions. Key responsibilities: * Mechanical assembly and industrial fitting according to technical drawings and work instructions. * Fitting components, bolting, torque tightening, and clearance measurements. * Installation of hydraulic and electrical components as part of the assembly process. * Participation in final inspections and quality assurance of finished equipment. We expect from you: * Suitable technical education, such as a vocational qualification in machinery and metal, mechanical fitter, or maintenance technician. * Experience in industrial assembly, mechanical fitting, or heavy machine shop industry. * Good ability to read drawings, including mechanical drawings and hydraulic diagrams. * A careful, safety-oriented, and precise approach to work. * Proficiency in Finnish; understanding of English is considered an advantage. * A clean background; we conduct security clearances for employees.
