Earthworks Worker

We are seeking skilled and independent earthworks workers for fixed-term contracts (12-36 months) for our client company. In this role, you will work closely with the excavator operator to ensure that groundworks progress according to drawings and elevations. Your duties include: * Measuring excavation depths and levels using grade and pipe lasers * Installing sewer, water, and stormwater pipes as well as manholes * Operating a plate compactor and performing manual shoveling when necessary * Cable pulling and finishing work on the construction site We expect from you: * Valid Occupational Safety (Työturvallisuus) and Traffic Safety 1 (Tieturva 1) cards * Experience in reading drawings and using a grade laser * Good physical condition and a positive attitude toward outdoor work * Class B driver's license (Class C and the ability to use your own car are considered an advantage) * Spoken Finnish language skills to ensure occupational safety We offer you: * Competitive pay based on your skills * High-quality and appropriate work equipment * Possibility of permanent employment after the fixed term * Support from a professional team Work begins on July 27, 2026, and the duration of the fixed term is 12-36 months.
