Developer-Chief Physician - Etelä-Savon hyvinvointialue

South Savo Wellbeing Services Eloisa is seeking a Developer-Chief Physician for a permanent position starting from September 1 or according to agreement. As a Developer-Chief Physician, you will play a central role in supporting the organization’s data-driven management, service effectiveness and quality, as well as the development of care processes. In this role, you will help various actors within the organization succeed and implement development work in practice in collaboration with professionals. Your tasks will include: - Developing and utilizing data-driven management in decision-making - Promoting the impact and quality of care - Developing and streamlining care processes - Strengthening collaboration between different functions. We expect you to have a broad understanding of healthcare operations and experience in development work. Success in this role requires the ability to see the big picture, implement changes in practice, and work smoothly in multidisciplinary collaboration. We especially value: - Experience with data-driven management solutions and, for example, the development of data lakes - Research expertise, such as a doctoral degree or other scientific work - A development-oriented and open-minded approach to work. The qualification requirement for the position is a license or permit to practice as a healthcare professional under the Act on Healthcare Professionals 559/94, and the qualification of a specialist in a relevant field.
