Sweco PM is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager/Coordinator to serve as a safety expert on construction sites across Finland. The role involves managing health, safety, and environmental leadership throughout project lifecycles, planning and monitoring risk management, coordinating HSE training, and reporting deviations. The position requires frequent travel to various sites, primarily in project locations, and collaboration with project managers and site managers. Candidates should have experience with large, complex industrial, energy, infrastructure, or similar projects with strong on-site HSE responsibility, relevant HSE certification (e.g., NEBOSH), and good communication and leadership skills in Finnish and English. Experience with international projects, data centers, industrial or energy projects, and multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
