Maintenance Manager

We are currently seeking a maintenance manager to oversee EPV Area Network power line maintenance and projects. As maintenance manager you will ensure the electricity network operates efficiently and safely, collaborating closely with EPV Group personnel, project contractors, and landowners, and systematically developing maintenance toward a more proactive and reliable direction. Your supervisor is the CEO. In this role you will: oversee the maintenance of power lines and construction projects end-to-end (design, implementation, supervision); lead annual maintenance planning, execution, and monitoring; be responsible for procurement, tenders, and overall material and project surveillance; maintain and develop the maintenance system; ensure documentation, permitting processes, and contracts coordination; order and supervise maintenance work and ensure quality; coordinate fault reports and manage disturbances as needed. We expect: prior experience in power-line maintenance; suitable electrical or construction technical education (engineer or DI); project management and leadership skills; autonomous and proactive work style; foresight and ability to prioritise under pressure; resolute and decisive approach; strong interpersonal skills; fluency in Finnish as the working language; travel within EPV Area is required.
