CNC Machinist for heavy industry – come develop your skills! We are looking for a CNC Machinist for our client to handle machining tasks in heavy industry. This is a long-term opportunity in a stable machine shop environment working with large and technically interesting components. In this role, you will work extensively with CNC machining. The tasks will be shaped according to your expertise; you can be at the beginning of your career or a more experienced professional. Your duties include: - CNC machining of various components - Setups and operation of machines - Interpretation of technical drawings - Measurements and quality assurance - Handling of components (using an overhead crane or forklift if necessary) - Working in a 3-shift rotation What we hope for: - A background in machining or installation provides a good foundation for the role, and if you have CNC programming skills, you have an excellent start - Interest in CNC machining and a desire to learn more - Basic ability to read drawings - A careful and responsible approach to work - Proficiency in Finnish is essential for performing the duties - Previous experience in an industrial environment as well as crane or forklift skills are considered an advantage For more experienced candidates, we offer the opportunity to utilize your expertise with more demanding components, setups, and programming.
